First Post

I wanted to post some of what my family and I have been doing since we left our "vacation" at the Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida. I really want you to know that the things they teach you here are possible, even in a hectic work environment or with a busy schedule. That is, some of the things are possible for me, and hopefully they can be for you too. You must learn to adapt--you may not be able to have to have a cucumber juice at exactly 9:00, 11:00, and 4:00! I have my first juice at 7:30 in the morning--before I go to work!

I felt inspired to do these things while I was at the Institute because I knew I was going to cure myself of cancer. I knew I was going to make myself a cucumber and sprout juice at work before lunch, even if people looked at me weird, because I knew it would help save my life. And it is has done just that! In January of this year, I had my first post-treatment MRI, and the results showed no signs of cancer! My follow-up MRI in April revealed the same results, and now the frequency of my checkups has been reduced to once every 6 months!

So for this first post I want to show you how I make wheatgrass for myself every morning--1-2 ounces for myself and 1-2 ounces for my wife Alicia. We take them in shots, and I must say, the quality has gotten better since Michael (the "Juiceman" from Hippocrates) showed us how to correctly harvest the grass. Still not a taste you look forward to, but hey--you know this stuff works. Anyway, check out the video.
